We offer in house infusions to our patients and also accept infusion patient referrals from other specialties including Neurology, Dermatology., Gastroenterology, etc. Our RN Karen Morris, is an experienced infusion nurse and we look forward to providing you with personalized care in an excellent environment. The Infusion nurse will provide the physician with constant updates and clinical changes to ensure that your needs are addressed promptly.
We understand your time is a precious commodity and will ensure this opportunity is valuable for you. We offer the highest quality of clinical skills with appropriate protocols. Our office will complete the necessary per-certification in a promt manner to prepare for the infusion visit. We will call and schedule your appointments. We Welcome Any Referrals
- We complete the initial pre-certification for your patients
- We personally contact the patient to explain plan benefits, therapy prescribed & answer any questions
- We have established relationships with many national and local health care plans
- In most cases, a referral to our suite is less expensive for the patient than a referral to the hospital
- In some cases, we can refer patients for co-pay and/or drug reimbursement assistance

- Office Progress notes on at least 3 visits with patient’s symptoms, other therapies tried and failed and any information you feel could help us better care for your patient
- Completed physician order sheet.
- History and physical.
- Medication record.
- Date patient was diagnosed.
- Demographic information.
- Insurance information and copy of card.
- Spouses date of birth if insurance is written under spouse.
